Labor committed to investing $67 million dollars to duplicate 1.4 kilometres of O'Herns Road east of the interchange, to connect O'Herns to the Hume and to signalise the intersection of Epping Road, Findon Road, O'Herns Road and High Street.
Labor also committed to finishing the M80 Ring Road upgrade, including Plenty Road to Greensborough Highway and Sydney Road to Edgars Road.
