Labor welcomes the statement of Member for Melbourne that he will vote against the Coalition’s $22 billion cuts to our schools.
But this is too little, too late. And too cute by half.

While Greens education spokesperson Sarah Hanson Young changes her position daily after telling school communities to ‘get real’ and accept savage cuts, and Richard Di Natale remains silent, only Labor is committed to delivering the needs-based funding which will ensure every child, has every chance to succeed, no matter their background or how much their parents earn.
